By purchasing art through our web site, purchasers acknowledge that their personal computer monitors may have a different appearance in color than the actual printed product.  Due to the wide ranges of monitors, personal settings, brightness, etc., we can not guarantee that the received product will be an exact match to your personal monitor. 

Terms of Sale

Personal information included on orders is protected under our Privacy Policy.  When providing your delivery information, please check all contact and address information carefully.  If a package is not delivered, or if it is delivered to the wrong location when using the exact information from your order, Michael Sandy Photography will not be held responsible for this occurrence.  If the package is returned to our studio for misdelivery or non-delivery, the purchaser will be responsible to pay for the shipping and insurance incurred in resending the package.  Please see our FAQ page for information on what to do in the case of shipment damages.

All ordered artwork must be prepaid in full.  Pennsylvania sales tax will be added for all pieces delivering to the state of Pennsylvania.  All purchasers should be aware of their own state and local sales and use tax requirements.  This is the purchaser’s responsibility.
